Have you ever tasted the Canarian special Barraquito?
There are so many coffee variations in the Canary islands, that it will be hard to try them all during your stay. Many tourists don’t even get to know them, since they are mostly available only in local bars.
The maybe most famous one is called “Barraquito”. Beware, it’s highly addictive!
It’s made of coffee, milk, condensed milk, hint of lemon, cinnamon and Licor 43.
If I should compare it to something similar, it is the closest to an irish chocolate or coffee liqueur but the alcohol is much slighter in it, you can really hardly taste, just a tiny piece of it but the mild, creamy sense is totally unique.
